Job exploration services
We will work together to explore clients vocational and career interest then research the current labor market, in-demand industries and occupations. We will also explore non-traditional employment options, and/or identify career pathways of interest.

Post-Secondary education services
We will assist client with enrolling in or remaining enrolled in postsecondary education or training. We will support client in understanding processes for enrolling in programs and courses, applying for postsecondary financial aid options, learning about various supports and assistive technology and help guide client down the appropriate pathway towards post-secondary educational goals.

Workplace Readiness Training
We will aid client in job preparation on ways to secure, maintain and understand employment opportunities. This includes Resume building, completing job applications, & practicing interview skills. We will also assist with helping client become knowledgeable about job duties, personnel benefits, rates of pay, employment policies and practices, and the job location prior to job acceptance.

Self Advocacy Services
We will work with client to help them gain a better understanding of their personal disabilities, its impact, and how to advocate for themselves. We will aid in client learning about their rights, how to gain access to accommodations, support and services as well as assist in finding services and/or activities they can participate in within their communities.

Introductory work activities
We will aid clients in understanding work assignments and expectations upon beginning a new job.
